The candles are there because of the Moon/Lantern festival.
They were out when I found them, but I decided to re-light ‘em.
Looking Out From The Bottom Of The Bay:
When everything in life seems to be out of place; just sink down to the bottom of the Puget Sound. Then look out above you, to the auburn light of a sunset reflecting across the water. Things will be okay, besides the hypothermia you are receiving from the cold salt water.
